After you apply a filter, only charge entries that match the filter appear on the screen. Any tab that contains a charge item that matches the filter is shown with a green tick.
There are a number of different types of filter, described below:
This predefined filter lets you choose to display only charge items that have a particular GL code. To apply a GL filter, simply choose a GL type from the GL filter drop-down menu on the main window Toolbar. To remove it, choose "All GLs" from the same dropdown menu.
You can define your own Basic or Advanced custom filters based on a range of criteria. You can combine individual custom filters to create combined filters, allowing you to specify a complex filter expression. Once created, you can name and save your filter for later use. Use the Filter manager to create, modify, delete and combine custom filters. A number of standard filters are already included:

Comparative Pricing Module You can apply the GL, custom, Fee Schedule and Comparative Pricing filters separately, or together. If you apply any of these together (for example, apply a GL filter and a custom filter), then the Chargemaster ManagerChargemaster Toolkit will display only those charge items that match all filters (in other words, the filters are combined in an AND operation).
