Reprocess Included Records

If the user has made a conscious decision to override an identified issue because it does not apply in a particular instance, using the Include function, then the charge will be moved to the valid tab without a correction being made.

It may be necessary to reverse this action as a result of any of the following:

Reprocessing Revenue code mismatches because an FI has changed from a local policy to a national policy
Reprocessing or identifying inappropriate over-rides performed by an inexperienced user
Quality re-review of all manual over-rides

You can use the Reprocess Included Records feature to reverse any included records (overrides), and to move the charges back to the tab they originally appeared on.
