Supplies Tab

Supply Charges do not always have associated CPT®/HCPCS codes; they are often identified by a specific Revenue code found in the Revenue Code Tables published by the National Uniform Billing Committee (NUBC).

Supply Charges generally include all medical and surgical supplies and devices required for patient care.

Chargemaster Toolkit filters the original Hospital CDM files, processing each charge, verifying the assigned CPT® and Revenue Code. Those identified as a supply will appear under this tab.

Service Charges that have been filtered by Revenue Code only can be modified or questioned, duplicated, included, or deactivated.
