Registered Users

By clicking on HelpRegistered Users > you can access some more web-enabled functionality from Craneware.

This includes:-

Downloading Latest Hospital (HPT) File

The latest hospital file available to you, converted by from Craneware from your CDM source. This is the file you should merge into your master file to check for implementation errors, and for new billing services that are to be reviewed.
Uploading new CDM file

This lets you upload your latest CDM file, so that it can be converted into the Hospital (HPT) file that you will review using the software.
View Current Template Report for instructions on creating a new CDM file

Allows you to view your custom agreed format for passing new CDM files to Craneware. Contains file type (eg Excel, Text etc), field descriptions, placing and mapping of key data.
Knowledge Base

Some important information, and solutions to common problems with managing your chargemaster. Includes online product demos, and interactive tutorials.
Download Latest Software

Here you can download updates to the main products and any support or diagnostic tools.
Submit Incident Report

Report any faults or issues you have with Craneware software or services.

This will be augmented with new services over time as Craneware strives to give you all the tools and information necessary to manage your chargemaster file.
