Craneware's 2010 User Group Meetings

Craneware’s User Group meetings are part of our ongoing commitment towards helping clients achieve the visibility required to identify, address and ultimately prevent revenue leakage in their organizations. To encourage broad participation, we do not charge for the sessions. We also provide breakfast and lunch on both days of the regular program, as well as lunch the day of the bonus session. Additionally, attendees enjoy refreshments at the networking reception, which occur on the evening of the first full day of each regular meeting.

We’ve listened to our clients’ suggestions to not only help shape the session topics, but also to select the locations. We’re excited about the three locations for 2010, and hope you’ll join us for the valuable educational sessions on revenue integrity best practices, as well as networking with your peers and Craneware team members.

Each of the 2010 User Group meetings offers pre-meeting bonus sessions on the topics shown in the table below. The bonus sessions begin midday on the first day, before the regular program. The regular program begins at 8:30 AM on the second day, and ends at 4:00 PM on the third day. You may register for the User Group meeting of your choice by using the registration form found below.

July 27-29 Chicago (The Allerton Hotel on Michigan Avenue – Craneware discounted rate of $139/night) Bonus session on July 27 will focus on managing the corporate chargemaster. Regular sessions will begin the morning of July 28.
October 4-6 Phoenix (Hotel Valley Ho in Scottsdale – Craneware discounted rate of $149/night) Bonus session on October 4 will focus on physician billing. Regular sessions will begin the morning of October 5.

Since attendance for our User Group meetings has been growing and space is limited, we encourage you to register early. Once you register, we will provide hotel details (including significant advance discounted rates), along with your confirmation. We will also send you a detailed agenda approximately six weeks before the event.
