Clients receive on-site user training when their Craneware solutions are installed. The training process doesn’t end there, certainly. Post-implementation training is available in a number of ways, to suit users’ preferred learning styles:

  • Training Events Center: A program of live, interactive WebEx sessions at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.  Download fact sheet

  • Craneware Knowledge Center: Free self-training for users of all abilities. Training includes self-administered tests, lessons from the field, and best practices for implementation.
  • Pre-recorded training tutorials: A wide selection of on-demand tutorials that help users get the most from their Craneware software, by helping them master common features.
  • One-on-one WebEx training: Scheduled upon request for individuals or groups.
  • Onsite training: Face-to-face training for which clients engage Craneware’s Training Engineers to deliver instruction customized to their organization’s specific needs.
