The session will focus on the reasons pricing strategy has put customer satisfaction and operating margins to the test and logical steps to get back to defensible pricing, including the use of technology. Both Rasmussen and Donovan have been in the pricing field for over 20 years and will share their experiences on the customers’ view of the pricing strategy mission.
