Craneware’s User Group meetings are part of our ongoing commitment towards helping clients identify, address and prevent revenue leakage in their organizations. To best support our clients and encourage broad participation, we do not charge for the sessions. We also provide breakfast and lunch on both days of the regular program, as well as lunch the day of the bonus session.

We’ve listened to our clients’ suggestions to not only help shape the session topics, but also to select the locations. We’re excited about the venues of our 2010 meetings, and hope you’ll join us for the valuable educational sessions on best practices in revenue integrity and for networking with your peers, Craneware team members and partners.

Our last scheduled User Group meeting for 2010 will take place in Phoenix, October 5-6. As with all our 2010 User Group meetings, it will be preceded by an optional bonus session -- this time on physician billing, on October 4. You can choose to attend either the two-day regular meeting or the entire three-day program (i.e., the regular meeting plus the half-day bonus session on physician billing).

The bonus session on physician billing will begin midday Monday, October 4, and will run until 5:00 PM that day. The regular program will begin at 8:00 AM on Tuesday, October 5, and will end at 4:30 PM on October 6. You may register for the User Group meeting anytime by using the registration form found below.
